General phone interview and in person interview. Phone interview went well but the in person interview was odd. The interviwer was very short with answers and looked like they just showed up to work (wet hair) and clearly printed my resume as I arrived and had not looked at it in advance.

Interviewer super late to interview. disrespect to time. So much of time during interview, he was busy talking to colleagues for work or some sort. Then in the middle of the interview, he again stopped for talking to colleagues
