The interview process had a phone screening with the recruiter and then a zoom with the hiring manager. After that I was invited to an onsite interview to present a case study and then have five interviews after that with executive leadership. Every single executive leader was late to the interview by 6-8 minutes and they always came off as aggressive and didn’t seem to want to be in the interview at all.
