I'm asked to describe the interview process but after applying twice to the same position about a year apart, I had phone screens with the recruiters (a different recruiter each time) and both times was told that I would be moving forward and to expect an interview with the hiring manager to be scheduled. That never happened and I was totally ghosted both times. The first time, I tried to casually follow-up with the recruiter to see if I had missed an email or something but never got a response. After that, I'm not sure how many more times you can follow-up without looking crazy. Tenable recruiters are extremely unprofessional.
