Very positive and fast process overall. I applied to a position online and was contacted by a company recruiter the next day. I completed an initial interview at Tenaris the same week and a follow-up interview the next week. I received and accepted an offer the following week. Overall process from application to start date was less than a month. The interviews were somewhat challenging. The interviewers asked simple questions about my experience, but then challenged most of the points I made (for example: I don't see how experience XX is relevant to what we do here). I don't know if that is the style of many of the personnel with the company, or just the hiring manager I interviewed with, but I enjoyed the opportunity to defend my background and explain why I would be a good fit for the position.
