First there was an online test that tested math skills. Passed that test, and got a call two days later for the assessment in Dalmine. After a logical and math test there was an english test. Then we had to choose an object in the room useful to describe ourselves and in the end a group case study.

In the final stage, they asked basic questions and working preferences and seemed not really interested in the answer and more likely driven by subjectivity
There's an online interview where you use a platform to answer questions. You read each question briefly and get 2 minutes to answer. I'm new to this interview style, and it's quite interesting.
