A zoom interview followed by in person interview at one of their studios. Everyone was very nice, interview was not intense very welcoming and just want to get to know you. Questions were reasonable and related to the job.

The interview process was as seamless as it gets. Everything from my first conversation with my recruiter to my in person interview with the manager was smooth and efficient. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and informative. I appreciate how the team at tend seems to try and find the best possible fit for both the doctor and the practice. I also cannot say enough positive things about my recruiter. She was thorough, professional, kind and very helpful every step of the way. I hope our paths cross again soon and I wish tend dental nothing but success.

Interview process was similar to the other dental corporates. They asked which treatments you can do and you cannot do, how many years of experience, why you want to come to tend etc.
