I was asked about my experience. My background and why I would be a good fit. Pretty simple and hired on the spot. She said I most likely got the job and would contact me later in the day. She contacted me a few hrs later.

I would say that this was a very easy process. I had an in-person interview at the restaurant and they asked me a few basic questions about my experience. After the interview, they hired me on the spot!
