I applied for the position online and was contacted by the program co-ordinator for an interview. I attended the interview, which was one-on-one. There was also a small writing small asking what you would do about a particular case of a child with Oppositional Defiant Disorder. The interview was probably an hour, but went very fast. I was then introduced to the HR Director who began the clearance checks with me.
