After these I conducted an assessment which was challenging. 2 hours analysing a balance sheet and answering financial communications and investor relations types questions after a brief case study. After this stage a final interview with the MD occurred. This was more traditional, with skills and experience based questions on what I have learned from previous roles and how I would react to different situations.
