I applied back in Sept 2014 and didn't have initial contact with the recruiter until Oct. 2014. I was scheduled for a telephone interview towards the end of Oct. and then an in-person interview with the Department Director in Nov. 2014. Then I received the call from the recruiter saying the job was mine in mid-December.
