First I applied online on their website, you cant do it otherwise. After that had online skills test (took about 1 hour) with general engineering questions from high school. If you pass it, then interview is scheduled.

Received invitation by email from HR. They asked me to take a test on their site, however, refused to pay for a ticket and hotel. I asked to take the test online but they did not allow me to do it. I was not able to travel and they canceled the invitation.
