Das Gespräch startete mit einem lockeren Kennenlernen und der Unternehmensvorstellung. Darauf folgte meine Selbstpräsentation, kombiniert mit gezielten Fachfragen und Verhaltensbeispielen. Abschließend blieb genügend Zeit für eigene Rückfragen, bevor der weitere Prozess verbindlich erläutert wurde.
