The process is very, VERY LONG. There are a plethora of steps but I will tell you about 1. After you "pass" their agility test, that same day you have an interview. This interview consists of a panel of 3 troopers. You are timed, 3 minutes per question, ther are six questions. Performance, behaviour, and decision making questions. You have 3 minutes for each question and you must read them silently as they read them to you. At the end of your answer, you must say something like "and that is the answer to my question". I feel that part is important because it is a way they test your ability to remember simple instructions under some stress. It was a little tough, but I passed, and you can too if you are calm, cool, and hold your bearing.
