I interviewed first with the lab director and a phlebotomist, and then did a follow up with HR for a secondary interview. I was made an offer several days after interviewing and accepted, but the onboarding process is rather long and difficult. I was unable to start for 2 months due to having to complete a notice with my prior job, and due to miscommunication within the company about my orientation. HR did not complete their work in time for me to do the first orientation I selected, so then I had to wait another 2 weeks before starting.
