The interview process was nice, but the scope of the job was vaguely described. I was invited to three interviews total. The first was formal in nature, and we discussed my background and work experience. The second one was a panel interview, and we discussed different scenarios that could arise on the job. The third was an observation period on the kids unit. I was supposed to shadow staff to see how the unit was ran.

One hour interview, one hour observation. This interview felt very relaxed. I enjoyed being able to observe people in the position I was also interested in. I got to get an idea of what my job would look like while I was there. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
