Not organized, made it through 5 rounds, recruiter told me it was pretty much locked up, to communicate any other offers. I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks, I let them know I received another offer, and they told me I should “take it because they can’t match it”. I told them that salary wasn’t my biggest factor and would love to at least hear their offer. 2 more weeks passed by, I was told the position was filled but I would be passed to the final round of another opening. I interviewed for it, and the next day was rejected with a generic response. I asked for actionable feedback as I had given them almost 3 months and about 8 hours of interviews/assignments and I never heard back.

Generic behavioral questions. How do you respond to adversity? why us? Tell us about a time you resolved a conflict in your role… etc
The phone interview was one of the most unusual I’ve experienced. Questions were asked with long pauses afterward and little engagement, which made it clear early on that the role didn’t feel like the right fit. While that’s perfectly okay, the recruiter’s lack of enthusiasm and limited knowledge of the company and position—especially when I asked clarifying questions—further confirmed that it wasn’t the right match for me.

The interview process was long and tedious. It took around 2 months and it was three panel interviews with 2-3 people in each session. They asked similar questions each time so it felt very repetitive anx disengaging.

The interview was conducted via Zoom with 3 members of the staff. The questions were engaging and thought-provoking. Very conversational and not intimidating. Each member seemed very transparent in their own experience with the company
