I had a one-shot interview where I had to make a presentation on a given topic, mine was AWS Networking. I had 2 weeks for preparations. My future manager, HR, and VP of Delivery participated in the interview. Overall it took an hour and they asked Q during the presentation. It was a challenging interview and to be honest I preferred the one-shot way rather than the usually endless interview process.
