First there was a phone screening to discuss curriculum and previous experience, followed by a 90min technical interview (with two programming exercises and a series of quick-fire questions). Finally, there was a 1:1 interview to discuss soft skills and other general questions.

I had two technical phone interviews followed by one online talk with the HR staff. Everyone was very friendly, positive and made me feel comfortable. The process was easy and without major delays.
The process checks if the candidate has consultancy skills or not. It might not be so related to technical stack as they prefer educating the candidate themselves through their trainings
