The interview process took under a week, with the phone interview happening in 30 minutes, where they asked some generic technical questions to screen you, then a regular interview where you get peppered with coding questions and experience with iOS technologies, and finally, a third interview where you speak with the CEO, and he grills you about whether you'll fit into the role and the culture at the company. The phone interview was pretty standard, the regular interview took over 2 hours before I finally cut it short because I was on a lunch break (and had met and talked with 2 people), and the last ended with me taking a tour of the company and their in-house factory. Which was pretty cool, because it's rare for a CEO to take the time out of their busy lives to show you around and ask you "life" questions to see if you're going to be someone that flakes out in a month or someone that has the grit to stay around for at least a year or two. The offer was extended verbally at the end of the third interview, and delivered in email about a week later. The entire process took about 10 days, since apparently they had a lot of paperwork to fill out and would-be candidates to turn away ;)
