I had a preliminary interview at a school job fair, and later I toured their facility and interviewed with additional staff and managers. Interviews were a mix of generic personality questions and technical questions.

Got an invitation a few days after online application to schedule an in person interview. Met with a few engineers and HR, nothing too technical, seemed more like they wanted to see if I was really interested and would fit in the group. Got a tour of part of the facility, everyone was very nice. Got an offer a few days later in an email.
