Interviewed with Director, Manager and another Field Engineer. All was in-person at company HQ, one interview was over the phone with the Field Engineer. The interview's went well with all of the general questions asked. The interview with Field Engineer got technical in which I expected. After all of the interviews they did not provide the next steps in hiring process, they simply said we'll be in touch. Waited for approx. two weeks then followed up, the next day I received a offer letter in which was below market pay. This would be the time to negotiate as don't expect a pay raise at your annual review as all pay increases only go to upper management.

phone interviews mainly. long, drawn out tech interview then another personality interview. third interview was with the vp. not sure what to do think. different process than a lot of employers. discussed work hours and salary in the beginning. seems like long hours and overtime. salary was below market.
