They reached out to me via indeed telling me they thought with my background I’d be a great fit, we set up a phone interview that went great. The recruiter let me know she’d be reaching out within the week to set up a face to face interview. It’s now been 3 weeks and I’ve sent follow up emails and no response. I think it’s very unprofessional of recruiters to do this especially when it’s their job to communicate. Waste of time.
