I had a first round interview with the Chief Experience Officer, conducted over Zoom. This was a conversation about the role and personal experience in more detail. It lasted 30 mintues.

The interview was thorough, and they took their time with the questions. There were three interviews, and one where you meet with the CEO. They will ask you about your experience, but will also want a good feel of how you will fit with their culture!
