Initial recruiter outreach was followed by a screening conversation and subsequent interviews with members of the team. The interviews themselves were professional and aligned with the scope of the role.
However, after the interview process concluded, there was an extended period with no proactive communication or updates on status. No clear timeline or expectations were provided during this period.
Final communication was delivered well after the interviews, without prior indication of delays or changes in hiring timing. The lack of communication and follow-through did not align with the level of urgency and execution discipline typically expected for roles in complex, capital-intensive programs.
