Was contacted by a hiring representative at TerraSlate and scheduled a Zoom interview. This was my 20th or so interview in about a three week period and the only one that led me to leave a negative review. As the Zoom call with the interviewer began there were technical issues that prevented the audio from working. Reconnecting to the call fixed the issues, but the interviewer had clearly lost patience and was annoyed. She spent the next five minutes asking several cliched interview questions and was not interested at all in learning about me as a person or as a candidate. I politely asked her to rephrase a poorly worded question that I had trouble understanding and she rolled her eyes, sighed, and asked the same questions in the exact same way. Any interest I had in working for this company I lost during this incredibly condescending and rude five minute interview.
