The panel was smaller than the what I was anticipating but overall I think they answered fair questions. It was more based on my prior experience than it was technical.

The process started with a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by one technical interview with a manufacturing engineer and hiring manager. Questions focused on past manufacturing experience, problem solving, and working with hardware. The interview was conversational and straightforward. An offer was made shortly after.
