I did a short phone interview where they invited me to shadow one of the crews for a day. Then afterwards had me come in for an in-person, formal interview.

I was mostly asked questions about if I like physical work, if I like to be outside, If I can handle being out in all weather conditions, and about how I would solve unique problems on the spot quickly.
