The process seemed rather informal. They immediately required an aptitude test which was a written math test. The receptionist provided me with a test and apparently she scored the test. The officer did not come the interview until the test was scored and satisfactory. I thought it was difficult because the bright orange colored room and the relaxed clothing of the interviewers could detract from the need to focus on the moment.
