I was notified about an initial exam for an OJT Trainee slot in Terumo Laguna via campus instructors. The first half of the day was an orientation about Terumo, and the other half (roughly 3hrs) was the examination. Results were then given after 3hrs and I was scheduled for an interview the next day. The interview was a group interview, 3 interviewees with 2 interviewers (one from the HR dept. and the other was a Senior Manager). They then started asking questions. After an exhausting and nerve-wrecking hour, I stood up along with the other interviewees, and thanked them and to the exit I went.
