A very smooth hiring and efficient interview process. A phone interview was conducted initially and then I was called in for a face to face interview. However, the interview was quite difficult as the manager had the capability of making the individual think first and then reason out in a sensible manner.

Name 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses of yourself other than the usual traits which every other individual mentions
Depends: could be 2, 3, or 4 rounds. How best you can crack it, shorter the process will be for you. Mine was done with 2 people from UK and got done in just 2 rounds whereas my fellow team mate was asked for 7 rounds of interview.
