The interview process went well. The process starts with telephonic conversation with the HR where he/she will try to gauge you and see whether you are right for the position you have applied for. Once the HR thinks you are a right fit for the role he/she will share your profile with the Hiring team for further screening. Once you pass the HR screening you are all set for the interview which will be online. You will have three rounds of discussion depending the role you apply for. In the 1st round the manager will gauge on your technical part and ask questions related to your role. Once you are able to clear the 1st round, you will be passed to 2nd round which will be taken by the head of the team where he will grind you more on technical part and give real life scenarios to see how will you deal in that case. Last round will be the HR round where the HR will have a discussion with you regarding the CTC, pay structure and you will receive your offer letter if both the parties are good to go. Don't think that if you clear the 1st round you are done. You need to give your best in both rounds to get to the last round.
