Applied online, then got a telephone call to book my interview. The interview was with 2 people, friendly and relaxed environment. It took about an hour, first 15 minutes signing paperwork, then asked interview questions and finally I had to arrange some shelves

A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.
