The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Colloquio
I applied online on the 23rd of September, and I received an email the following Monday inviting me for an interview on the 30th of September. It was a group interview, which I wasn't actually aware of until I got there. There were four others applicants, two who had also applied to be personal shoppers, and two who had applied to be delivery drivers.
We filled in forms about health and availability, and then we had to all introduce ourselves with some fun facts. They explained that we would be given points for our answers, and we were all asked two questions. After that we were given 20 minutes to build a tower out of paper and masking tape, that had to be at least 6ft and stand for one minute. It also had to be aesthetically pleasing, and have a flag with three colours and a team name. We managed to get this done, and then we were all asked a question about what we did (thankfully mine was just 'do you believe you succeeded?'). They gave us the opportunity to ask questions, and said we'd hear back within the next three days. Overall, I think the interview lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I got a call this morning (1st of October) to offer me the job, and I'll have my induction on the 8th.

Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.
