The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Apply online with screening questions (all about customer service), then had to submit passport and national insurance details online. A few days later was given a phone call to ask about availiability to work (expected to work 5 days 6am-12) then arrange interview at a time that suited me
Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.

One interview in person, layout was clear and well structured, I was invited to the store for the interview and it was a good experience and they discussed the role in depth
