Colloquio
Filled in the online application, about a week or so later received a call inviting me to a group interview. Attended the group interview there were 6 of us all together they asked us all 2 questions each (the same questions) we then had to split into 2 teams and build a tower with paper. After this we were taken to the shop floor to be shown what we would be doing during clean up, we had to sort a couple of aisle out (I think this was just free labour for them) after this we went back into the interview room and had to show our right to work, fill in what's hours we would be available for potential overtime and health & safety questionnaire. This was the end of the interview and we were told we would find out within 2 days, they advised we would be told either way. 4 days passed heard nothing so I called up, I was told the other managers were doing some calls that day and I'd hear by 4pm that time came and I heard nothing. I called again and she said they were busy and she would let me know shortl. 2 weeks have passed and I've still not heard anything, they really shouldn't promise to let you know within 2 days if they have no intention of letting you know the outcome.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
