I submitted my application online, and 2 weeks later I got a call for an interview. My interview was really chilled. He had a booklet he had to go through with standard questions such as name a time you delivered excellent customer service? What do you know and like about Tesco as a company. I got a call back a day later saying that I had got the job and then my induction started.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
