It was a group interview which I didn't know until I got there. There were just four of us and two really nice managers doing the interview. Two questions were asked to the group and we answered when we wanted to. We were then taken down to the tills for about 10 minutes just to see how we interacted with customers. This bit was slightly awkward but you get through it. We then had individual conversations with the managers about our availability and a general chat about ourselves. Whole process took about an hour

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
