Walked in and was met by the manager and was taken into the staff room. 1 on 1 interview in the office with 10 mins on the shop floor stacking shelves and shadowing an employee, overall it took 45 mins

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
