Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Tesco (Bursledon, England) nel mese di giu 2018
Colloquio
This was a group interview,it soon became apparent a few of the group knew the interviewing manager and some more had family members in the store. No interview questions were asked apart from to introduce ourselves, I believe this was because he already knew who he would hire, those of us he didn't know were there to make up numbers. And tesco get a free hours shelf stacking from you as part of the "interview". I was one of the only ones to wear interview attire because I wasn't aware I'd be kneeling on a dusty floor. Also the interview took 2 hours in total and they learned absolutely nothing about my skills!
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Introduce yourself. That is literally all that was asked. The rest was him telling us about tesco!
I applied online, completed a short assessment, and attended an interview focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Afterwards, I completed right-to-work checks, induction training, and sometimes a trial shift.

The interview process at Tesco is generally clear, structured, and focused on understanding both a candidate’s skills and their fit with Tesco’s values. It usually begins with an online application followed by a short online assessment that may include situational judgement questions or basic skills tests. Successful candidates are then invited to an interview, which can be either in person or over video.
