It was a two part assessment. My first task was to help customers bag up their groceries, a lot of customers said no so be prepared, when they said no I offered to unload their trolleys onto the belt which some appreciated! Make sure you talk with the staff member on the till to get across your personality and show how much you want the job. I was then called to the interview which went very smoothly, and filled out forms (my availability, my allergies, if I had any illnesses) the interview finished and they said they’d get back to me the same day which they did.
