The job interview was a group interview, 7 of us in total, they asked as questions and you put up your hand to answer, they asked some stuff about Tesco's history and some about our personal experiences dealing with customers and times we had a bad experience at a shop. Afterwards we were split into 2 groups, we had to design and then build a tower as tall as a door out of paper and cellotape

Quick and easy interview. Asked how to deal with customers and complaints including how to deal with certain situations e.g. shoplifting and refunds. Interviewer was very polite and to the point.

Time you have gone above and beyond for a customer
Application for the role was online. The interview process itself was a generic one, where I was asked a few competency and fit questions by a couple people from HR. This lasted around 30 minutes in total.
