Very relaxed, went over to customer services and told them I was there for an interview and the person conducting the interview came and met me then took me to the interview room. The interview lasted about 10-15mins and was a one-on-one interview.

Incredibly respectful, open, transparent, direct, and challenging too. Manager was polite, on time and prepared for the interview. It happened during a difficult time (amid lockdown) and all my questions and concerns were answered and accommodated. I received an offer on the same day, so it is currently ranking as my top interview of all time.
