Awful interview - firstly they were inflexible as to the date or time of the interview over the phone, then, upon arriving, they had got the time wrong and told me I was an hour late (which wasn't true, I have an email with the time on). I was asked all the usual questions about customer service etc., but in a very half hearted way, the manager seemed lost and uninterested in what he was doing or what I was saying. He also said he didn't know why he had chosen to manage the new store that was opening, and wasn't looking forward to it, which I thought was really unprofessional. He had a very negative attitude towards his own job...Am not expecting to hear back, as the interview didn't really give the space to show off talent or potential.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
