group interview process with 7 other applicants and 2 managers from the store are in the room. ne is asking questions and the other taking notes. Someone checks you have the correct documents to ensure you have a right to work in the uk.If ou don't you go home before interview starts.Most of the questions ae about customer service and teamwork. You have to make sure you contribute saying nothing wont get you the job. If you take over the interview however that's not good either. Dress appropriate have good examples to share or discuss. Be positive I your answers and body language.

Quick and easy interview. Asked how to deal with customers and complaints including how to deal with certain situations e.g. shoplifting and refunds. Interviewer was very polite and to the point.

Application for the role was online. The interview process itself was a generic one, where I was asked a few competency and fit questions by a couple people from HR. This lasted around 30 minutes in total.
