Got a phone call from the Personel Manager to come for a Face to Face interview. Process took about 3 Weeks. 3 days after the interview, phone call that I have been successful.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
