While I am unsure why I did not advance further, as I felt I had provided strong answers, overall it was a positive and valuable experience.

Online assessment with Psychometric testing. Easy enough and straight forward. Then assessment centre in a small group, generic team building warm up , failed at this stage, instructions for day were very unclear.
