After submitting online application you will get an online assessment in which you will be given different scenarios in retail stores its more of a situational judgement / behavioural test.
Once cleared you will be called for interview with hiring manager.

Straight forward and joyful. The interviewer was nice and friendly. At the end his no verbal expression was more neutral and detached, making me realise I didn't get the role.

The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.
