Asked about my background, why I was motivated to join their company, when I would be available etc. Second interview was more in depth about the role, looking to understand my relevant experience. Style was very conversational and transparent. Positive experience. Feedback provided.

3 rounds, hr, hiring manager and presentation to senior manager. Usual questions, they dont answer any questions, including salary range. Received short rejection email. Ater a couole of months another tesco recrutiter contacted me for the same rome. Dont they have crm
