I was put in a group interview with three other people, which I was not told about beforehand and took me by surprise. I was under the impression that I was competing against the other interviewees, and quickly broke down when I decided I was clearly the worst and least experienced candidate. My fears turned out to be unfounded when two of us were given the job anyway.

Few basic questions, one time you were confident, brave and flexible, easy enough to answer if prepared. Small work sample where you shadow someone for 15 20 minutes or so.
Tesco interview questions generally focus on your customer service skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of the company. Expect questions about your past experiences, your motivation for wanting to work at Tesco, and how you would handle various customer situations. Be prepared to discuss your strengths and weaknesses, and your availability for work.

Was invited to interview via a phone call. Interview was in person and I was offered a job on the spot. Didn't enjoy my time there and left before my contract ended.
