      The interview process was structured, rigorous, and highly technical. It began with an initial recruiter screen focused on background, role alignment, and logistics. This was followed by one or more technical interviews covering manufacturing, supplier industrialization, quality, and problem-solving scenarios. A key part of the process was a virtual panel interview that included a technical presentation. Candidates were asked to present one detailed project related to the role, focusing on their personal contributions, technical depth, decision-making process, and measurable results. The panel included engineers and managers from different functions, and questions were very in-depth. After the panel, there were multiple one-on-one interviews with senior engineers and managers. These focused on root cause analysis, DFx principles, supplier readiness, cross-functional work, and handling ambiguity under tight timelines. The final stage included additional executive-level review questions requiring concise, results-driven written responses. Overall Impression: The process was demanding but fair, with a strong emphasis on ownership, first-principles thinking, and real-world manufacturing experience. Communication from the recruiting team was professional and transparent throughout. This interview process is best suited for candidates who enjoy deep technical discussions, accountability, and fast-paced environments. Advice to Candidates: Prepare concrete examples with data, be ready to go deep technically, and clearly articulate your personal impact on past projects. Focus on problem-solving rather than storytelling.
